タウロケノデオキシコール酸-6α-ヒドロキシラーゼ(taurochenodeoxycholate 6α-hydroxylase)は、次の化学反応を触媒する酸化還元酵素である。
- (1) タウロケノデオキシコール酸 + NADPH + H+ + O2 タウロヒオコール酸 + NADP+ + H2O
- (2) リトコール酸 + NADPH + H+ + O2 ヒオデオキシコール酸 + NADP+ + H2O
組織名はtaurochenodeoxycholate,NADPH:oxygen oxidoreductas (6α-hydroxylating)で、別名にCYP3A4、CYP4A21、taurochenodeoxycholate 6α-monooxygenaseがある。
