English: Pre-wrapped miang kham (Thai script: เมี่ยงคำ) can be found at many markets and fairs in Thailand. It is made by wrapping dried shrimp, peanuts, shallots, lime and toasted coconut inside the slightly bitter chaphlu leaves (Thai script: ชะพลู; "Piper sarmentosum") together with a sticky sweet sauce made with palm sugar.
